Walk your path- Crown #Writephoto

PC – Sue Vincent
For visually challenged writers, the image shows a well trodden pathway through a field of mown wheat. The path leads up a hill to a green mound crowned with jagged standing stones.

A wise soul has quoted

A journey of thousand miles

Begins with a single step

Determined, Walk the less trodden path

And walk alone if no one else follows you

Their will be decadent and distracting ways

But take the virtuous path of righteousness

Slowly but steadily you will arrive

But Once there, don’t stop lingering

Don’t rest on your past laurels

Keep striving because there is limited space at the top

Earn it and emerge victorious

But if that still keeps you bemoaned and apprehensive

With No repose and peace

That might be, Because another wise soul quoted

Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown!!

Barren and devastated, if you’re seeking solace

Then maybe you’re born to be happy not perfect

You’re a traveller, wanderlust

Not meant to stay and rule the crown

So go ahead liberated, jibe with yourself

With the unending quest to find yourself!!
